Candlelight is spreading joy during the most wonderful time of the year and gifting Edinburgh with a series of magical Christmas specials inside The Merchants Hall and St Mary’s Episcopal Cathedral. A talented string quartet is reimagining popular festive season classics at these concerts, from songs in Love Actually and Home Alone to traditional carols like “Carol of the Bells” and “O Holy Night”. Performed among a sea of candles, these songs help create an enchanting atmosphere that really encapsulates the spirit of Christmas.
In the timeless carols and innovative interpretations, there’s a unique blend of nostalgia and joy, making this Candlelight concert a wonderful experience that kindles the holiday spirit and spreads warmth during the most enchanting time of the year.
