The Coca-Cola Christmas truck, which has been gracing our streets since 1995, is back and embarks on its 2022 tour around the UK. To help spread cheer and excitement during the festive season, Coca-Cola has announced that it will return and will be handing out cans of free Coca-Cola from its festive truck.
The truck is planning to make stops at supermarket branches across the UK, as well as some shopping centres, however, these dates and destinations will gradually be announced. During the 2022 tour, the Coca-Cola Christmas truck will be making its way back to Scotland and stopping at Edinburgh’s Fort Kinnaird on December 18 from 11:30am, to bring plenty of festive freebies and joy.
Onlookers will be able to get their fix of Coca-Cola Zero Sugar and Coca-Cola Original, as well as the opportunity for some seasonal pics posing in front of the iconic red truck. Moreover, this year’s theme is “Your Presence is Your Present” where Coca-Cola teamed up with charity Fareshare to help to aid those experiencing food poverty.
Senior Brand Manager at The Coca-Cola Company, Laura Moon, said: “Coca-Cola has always been synonymous with Christmas, particularly the iconic Truck Tour and Holidays Are Coming advert. This year, the magic of Christmas is needed more than ever, and we are excited to bring back our famous truck tour to fans nationwide.”
